Qualifications

• JD in progress with good academic standing at an accredited law school.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with contract-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and amendments to identify terms and obligations.
• Extract designated contract terms and enter data into Salesforce.com, Excel, or other systems.
• Validate entries against source contracts and correct inconsistencies.
