ImageTrend in Eagan, MN is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Legal Contracts Assistant to support a short-term data project by reviewing customer contracts, extracting terms, and entering data into Salesforce.com and related systems.

The role is in-office, 20–29 hours per week, requires pursuing a JD in good standing, and calls for strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, and interest in corporate or transactional law.

• Review customer contracts and amendments to identify terms
• Extract designated contract terms and enter into Salesforce.com/Excel
• Validate entries against source contracts and correct inconsistencies
• Maintain organized records of reviewed contracts and work completed
