Qualifications

• JD in progress with good academic standing at an accredited law school.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Interest in corporate, commercial, or transactional law with contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer contracts and amendments to identify terms and obligations.
• Extracts specified contract terms using established guidance and data definitions.
• Enters extracted terms into Salesforce, Excel, or other systems.
• Validates entries against source contracts and corrects inaccuracies.
• Flags ambiguous or conflicting language for Legal & Compliance review.
• Maintains organized records of contracts and work completed.
• Follows confidentiality and information security requirements.
• Provides status updates and raises questions as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
