Qualifications

• Earned bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field with 5 years of industry experience.
• CMG 130: degree in construction-related field with 5 years of work experience; OR an associate degree with 7 years and OTI Certification.
• For CMG 150/170/225: must possess a current, valid Builders License.
• Willingness to teach face-to-face, virtual, or online according to departmental needs; most courses are face-to-face.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology and AI-supported tools; maintain confidentiality; ethical use of tech in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain environment conducive to student learning.
• Prepare for and instruct assigned course(s) with learning experiences to meet course objectives.
• Adhere to course syllabus and assess Student Academic Achievement.
• Evaluate student progress and grade assignments in a timely manner.
• Support student success through guidance, advising, and assistance.
• Participate in curriculum planning, examination development, and program evaluation.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support teaching, learning, and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
