Job summary

Chapters Living Assisted Living in Illinois is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, provide information, and ensure a warm environment.

You will assist with daily needs, coordinate transportation, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk organized, while building relationships with residents and families.

This part-time role covers every other weekend with Saturday and Sunday dayshifts, requiring a high school diploma and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and families and answer questions.
• Assist residents with daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
• Keep front desk area organized and well-maintained.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents.
• Part time, every other weekend. Saturday and Sunday dayshift.
