Qualifications

• Greet residents, families, and guests with a smile and deliver outstanding service.
• Answer phone calls and provide community information.
• Assist residents with day-to-day needs and scheduling.
• Safely transport residents to appointments as needed.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate services for residents.
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the reception area to ensure it’s always welcoming and professional.
