Job summary

Northwood Ravin's The Place at Fifth + Broadway in Nashville is looking for a Concierge/Resident Services professional who will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service and clear communication.

You will maintain a visible, polished front desk, coordinate with onsite teams, handle packages and guest access, and anticipate resident needs to set a welcoming tone across the community.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service, strong communication and a consistent presence in the community.

Key areas of focus include:

• Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion
• Act as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Maintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity
• Create a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.
• Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.

This is a role for someone who is naturally service-driven, builds rapport naturally, and understands that their presence sets the tone for how the community feels day to day.
