Responsibilities

• Tackle office tasks – Type memos, update directories, and keep things running smoothly
• Stay on top of reservations – Schedule events and manage calendars
• Keep things organized – Maintain records and birthday lists
• Share the inside scoop – Provide brochures and info about the community
• Be ready for anything – Handle emergencies and monitor security
• Manage work orders – Route maintenance requests
• Keep the office stocked and running – Replenish supplies
