Christian Living Communities is seeking a Concierge Extraordinaire in Centennial, Colorado for a PRN schedule across day and night shifts. You will greet residents and guests, answer calls, manage mail, and coordinate events while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with a focus on leaving a positive first impression.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with luggage.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and connect people.
• Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel at home.
• Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around.
• Sort and deliver mail and keep mail organized.
• Type memos, update directories, and keep office running smoothly.
• Schedule events, book guest apartments, and manage the calendar.
• Maintain records and birthday lists for residents.
• Provide brochures and information about the community.
• Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and participate in rounds.
• Process maintenance work orders and route them appropriately.
