Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Hospitality or multi-family experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, guests, and vendors with a positive service mindset.
• Sets appointments and handles move-in assistance.
• Provides information on local amenities and events.
• Manages packages, keys, and lobby area.
• Coordinates reservations for amenities and guest suites.
• Assists with lobby tours and directions.
