Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Concierge Extraordinaire on a PRN basis for day and overnight shifts. If you enjoy hospitality, greeting residents and guests, and keeping the front desk running smoothly, this role is for you.

You will master the phones, sign in visitors, help residents and vendors, coordinate mail and reservations, and support a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, take messages, and connect people.
• Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel welcome.
• Assist residents, guests, and vendors with directions.
• Manage mail, mail deliveries, and communications.
• Schedule events and coordinate guest accommodations.
• Maintain directories and keep the front desk organized.
• Provide brochures and information about the community.
• Handle emergency calls and monitor safety during rounds.
• Coordinate work orders and maintenance requests.
