Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Centennial, CO seeks a Concierge Extraordinaire to be the friendly first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors. This PRN role covers day and night shifts, offering a fast-paced, hospitality‑driven environment where every interaction shapes the community welcome.

You’ll master the phones, greet visitors, assist with sign‑in, manage mail and reservations, and support office tasks while keeping the calendar up to date.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest-experience focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with basic computer apps and property systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Centennial area and surrounding attractions is desirable.
• Multilingual abilities are a valuable asset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages and connect people.
• Greet visitors, sign them in and make them feel at home.
• Help residents, guests and vendors navigate the area.
• Sort and deliver mail and manage office tasks.
• Schedule events, book guest apartments and maintain the calendar.
• Keep records, directories and birthday lists up to date.
• Provide brochures and information about the community.
• Handle emergency calls and monitor security.
• Manage maintenance work orders and office supplies.
• Maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
