Distinctive Living seeks a Part-Time Concierge at Mira Vie at Clifton in Clifton, NJ. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of receptionist experience.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, families, visitors and employees with questions to create a positive experience.
• Monitor lobby, greet visitors, answer calls, forward messages, and manage packages.
• Support Sales & Marketing, lead management, tours, and marketing packet assembly.
