Distinctive Living is seeking a Concierge for Mira Vie at Brick. This part-time or per diem role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone.

The Concierge supports sales, marketing, and the business office, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and coordinating tours and packages while maintaining a welcoming lobby and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to greet visitors and answer calls professionally.
• Comfort with coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Office teams.

Responsabilités

• Proactively assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions or problems to ensure a positive experience.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, forward messages, and manage packages for residents.
• Monitor lobby area, keep desk and lobby clean, and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with tours and inquiries, connect customers to the appropriate team member.
• Support marketing efforts and lead management activities as needed.
• Help process new resident documentation and maintain confidential files.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and adhere to company policies.
