Job summary

Distinctive Living in Fanwood, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Concierge for its Mira Vie Fanwood community. The role centers on delivering outstanding customer service, greeting visitors, and supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions at the lobby.

The ideal candidate has Assisted Living experience, strong communication, and a passion for creating positive resident experiences. The position is on-site with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Six months of receptionist or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls in a professional and respectful manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor entry area, direct visitors, receive and forward messages, and help with packages; maintain a clean, inviting lobby.
• Support Sales & Marketing by handling inquiries, tours, and lead management processes.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Promote resident participation in activities.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
