Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a Concierge for Mira Vie at Brick in New Jersey. This role is available part-time or per diem, serving as the first point of contact and delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate teams (sales/marketing/business office).
• Manage lobby area to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Assist with mail and package handling and front-desk duties.
• Support activity director and coordinate lobby events and activities.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
