Cypress Village is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Concierge to join our hospitality-focused team in Jacksonville, FL. Primary shift is 10 AM–4 PM, four days a week with rotating weekends, totaling 24 hours weekly.

The role involves greeting guests, handling calls, packages, and data entry, with emphasis on warmth, professionalism, and resident service. Weekend coverage is included with surrounding Fridays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred; able to communicate efficiently in English.
• Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
• Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers.
• Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
• Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
• Monitor closed circuit security cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable).
• Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents.
