Responsibilities

• Manages inventory and replenishes stock as needed.
• Ensures accurate transaction totals during load purchases.
• Ensures food preparation meets Legends and health guidelines.
• Train and supervise staff; fill any position when needed.
• Completes required paperwork and event closing procedures.
