Job summary

This position provides operational support across both venues. Under the direction of the Concessions Manager, the Concessions Supervisor is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards during events.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests. • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of event staff. • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory. • Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with corporate procedures. • Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety. • Ensure all cash handling and alcohol service procedures are properly documented and enforced. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash controls. • Conduct physical inventory audits, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations as needed.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to execute each essential duty at a high level.
