Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Stand Lead in its Food & Beverage team for events managed at our venues. The role focuses on supervising concessions stands, ensuring health and liquor regulations are followed, and maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory checks, and staff supervision while ensuring excellent customer service during events. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position based at our venues.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• At least two years of experience in concessions software required.
• Must have two years of experience in food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in settling concessions event paperwork per event.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations for food preparation and serving.
• Ensure all POS systems in their stand are in proper working condition.
• Review final product before serving to customer.
• Ensure health codes and liquor laws are followed.
• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Prepping food and beverages in stand prior to event start.
• Count inventory in stand and ensure accurate numbers.
• Manage all employees within their stand.
