Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Stand Lead for our Jacksonville, FL concessions stand. This part-time, non-exempt role involves overseeing the stand during events, ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards.

You will manage concession staff, supervise food and beverage prep, and ensure compliance with liquor laws and health codes while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Two years of experience with concessions software is required.
• Two years of experience in food and beverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in settling concessions event paperwork.
• Monitor health and fire regulations for food prep and service.
• Ensure all POS systems are working properly.
• Review final product before serving to customers.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and liquor laws.
