Qualifications

• 1 year of prep or line cook experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communications skills and clear, respectful communication.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food products, prepared to order or kept warm.
• Receive verbal orders from front counter staff for food product requirements.
• Maintain quality and production standards; ensure freshness of menu items.
• Ensure proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens).
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of utensils and food.
• End-of-shift check with Floor Supervisor for cleanliness.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance.
