Job summary

Oak View Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Cook to prepare menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, manage portion control, monitor food quality, and maintain sanitation standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

This is a part-time role at an hourly rate of $22.50. You will work with a culinary team, handle large-volume cooking equipment, and help keep stations stocked and clean. A Food Handler certification is required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Control portions and serving temperatures for concession items.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays; keep area organized.
