Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or line cook experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with staff and guests in a professional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food prepared to order or kept warm.
• Take verbal orders from front counter staff for guest orders.
• Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh and of high quality when served to guests.
• Manage portion control and serving temperatures for concession stand items.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are clean and properly stored.
