Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with staff and guests in a clear, respectful manner.
• Team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment experience is valued.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by regulations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
• Take verbal orders from front counter staff for guest orders.
• Maintain quality and production standards for all menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh and served at proper temperatures.
• Control portions and serving temperatures for concession items.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate grills, fryers, and ovens in a large-volume kitchen.
• Keep areas clean and properly stored; sweep and mop floors at shift end.
• Check out with floor supervisor to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance as required.
