The role involves log-in support, troubleshooting, data entry, and assisting instructors. A high school diploma and strong technology skills are required; the position is temporary and not eligible for benefits, with variable hours up to 19.5 per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with technology use, MS Office, Google, databases, and online learning platforms.
• Experience in customer service environment, demonstrating support and building positive rapport.

Responsibilities

• Supports students and instructors in a computer-equipped classroom; resolves log-in issues; guides student use on multiple learning platforms; maintains logs and data spreadsheets; troubleshoots equipment and software issues; supports student registration process.
• Collaborates with instructors, staff, and managers to support student success; provides hands-on workshops as needed; monitors laptop checkout procedures and laptop inventory; reports technical issues; ensures secure storage of equipment.
• Assists with data entry and other related tasks in support of operations at the location.
