Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2-5 years relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated customer-service experience.
• Ability to assume responsibility and work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Experience with computer equipment and related software and recordkeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with technology tools and navigate Academic Success Center resources.
• Provide learning-focused assistance on MS Office, G Suite, Adobe, Canvas, Zoom.
• Demonstrate ability to learn new tools and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Provide instruction on equipment use including laptops, PCs, Macs, hotspots, printers.
• Participate in development and delivery of student-centered tech workshops.
• Participate in student outreach and departmental promotion.
• Attend meetings and lead assigned projects.
• Maintain records of activities and equipment usage.
• Respond to inquiries via email/phone/in person; refer to campus resources as needed.
