Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly part-time Server for our community restaurant. You will greet residents, present menus, suggest dishes, and help with drink selections to create a memorable dining experience.

You’ll work every other weekend with flexible hours and use our POS system to communicate orders. The role focuses on building relationships with residents and delivering hospitality at a high standard.

Qualifications

• A genuine smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Must be able to obtain or hold a Food Handler’s Card if required by state/county.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using our POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required by the community.
