Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server for our community restaurant. Part-time schedule 11am-7pm or 2pm-7pm with weekend and holiday availability.

You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and ensure top-notch service. Responsibilities include greeting residents, presenting menus, taking orders with the POS system, and maintaining dining room operations.Qualifications include a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn and compassion for our Residents.
• If under 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one as required.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties.
