Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English reading/writing/communication at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be active; standing/walking/bending/kneeling/stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area; be present in the dining room and engage with residents.
• Assist with meal service setup and prep tasks to ensure timely and organized dining experiences.
• Bus tables and maintain clean dining areas; contribute to a tidy, welcoming community environment.
• Communicate any dietary changes or observed appetite issues to supervisors and Wellness.
