Arrow Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, support dining service, and help keep the community welcoming and tidy. The role offers a part-time schedule with shifts around 11:30am–7:30pm, Monday and Sunday, with pay range $15–$22 per hour.

Responsibilities include hosting, prep work, bussing, and monitoring residents' dining experiences. Applicants must be 16+, English-proficient, energetic, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• To be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle and fosterConnections.
• To be a Peppy Prepper: prep tables, salads, and roll silverware for service.
• To be a Titan of Tidiness: bussing tables, sweeping floors and maintaining a clean environment.
• Be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate concerns about appetite with supervisors and Wellness.
