Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Saint Joseph, MO. The role focuses on greeting residents, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere, and assisting with meal service on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am to 9:00am at Buckingham located at 1602 Buckingham Street, Saint Joseph, MO 64506.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, engaging residents, and supporting staff to ensure smooth service while monitoring residents' dietary needs and appetite.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read/write/speak English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room and foster social connections.
• Engage residents during meals and help set tables and assist servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness: bussing tables, sweeping floors, and tidying the dining area.
• Communicate changes in residents’ appetite or dietary needs to supervisors and Wellness team.
