Arrow Senior Living in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time Server to join our Boulevard St Peters community. You’ll greet residents, help with dining service, and maintain a welcoming dining room during evening shifts. The role requires standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 4:00 pm–7:00 pm, with pay ranging from $15 to $22.75 per hour. We offer benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• English proficiency at 8th grade level or higher with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day.
• Lift/move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall support.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and ensure they feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables for service and assist with meal prep and table setup.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas tidy and clean.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness teams about resident needs.
