The Boulevard Senior Living-Wentzville in Wentzville, MO is hiring a part-time Server to greet residents, prepare dining areas, and support meal service. The role emphasizes guest relations, tidiness, and timely assistance during meals.

You’ll join a team that values residents and promotes from within. Requirements include being at least 16, English proficiency, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and keep the community tidy for service.
• Communicate dietary observations to supervisors and Wellness staff when needed.
