Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. The role requires empathy, reliability, and a proactive approach to residents’ wellbeing.

Shift schedule includes Morning hours with a 7:00am to 11:00am window and collaborative team environment. The employer offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within Arrow/Senior Living families.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Maintain an inclusive and positive environment with the team and community.
