Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Proficient computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active lifestyle with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with ADLs.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive, and positive environment.
• Engage residents to participate in activities and socialization.
• Provide proactive support and monitor resident well‑being.
