Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Millbrae, CA is seeking part-time Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and maintain residents’ privacy and dignity in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include helping with daily tasks, encouraging participation in enrichment activities, light housekeeping, and ensuring clear communication with healthcare professionals and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
