Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in professional caregiving.
• Experience with memory care is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain communication with healthcare professionals and families.
