Job summary

PORTFOLIO RESIDENT SERVICES INC is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support resident services in affordable housing communities in Fort Smith, AR. This role offers a flexible schedule and up to 13 hours per week, with pay up to $17.50 per hour.

You will create monthly activity calendars, engage volunteers, and connect residents with essential resources. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized, and capable of multitasking with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 3 days per week; Hours are 12-5pm (Monday- Friday)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents and serve as contact point for community center.
• Prepare reports based on calendar, sign-in sheets and monthly program hours.
• Design and post monthly calendars and flyers; distribute on-site.
• Oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations and work with partners.
• Log communications with volunteers and donations; submit monthly log.
• Provide information about local resources to residents.
• Coordinate resident involvement with program planning and address resident needs proactively.
• Monitor interactions with residents of all ages.
• Maintain sign-in sheets for each activity.
• Use tax-exempt documentation responsibly and manage petty cash.
• Supervise community center use and keep it organized.
• Organize PRS binders and documents for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
