KIPP Columbus is seeking enthusiastic Student Recruitment Ambassadors to support regional recruitment and enrollment efforts. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to engage families across the community.

The position involves representing the school at events, building relationships with families, and guiding them through the application process in collaboration with school operations.

Responsabilités

• Actively participate in external events to engage families and share information about KIPP Columbus.
• Identify opportunities at events to connect with prospective families and support applications.
• Plan events to raise the school’s visibility and recruit families.
• Represent KIPP Columbus at community events and serve as a welcoming contact for families.
• Conduct 1:1 conversations with families to answer questions and promote applications.
• Follow up with families and manage lead tracking to ensure timely outreach.
