The Recruitment and Community Coordinator is responsible for outreach, community engagement, and implementing an annual student recruitment plan that aligns with our region’s student recruitment goals. This individual will be expected to spend the majority of their time focused on application acquisition efforts in the community. To be successful in this role, the RCC brings a track record for implementing successful recruitment strategies by using diverse in-field tactics, building relationships with neighborhood partners, and meeting weekly targets.
Responsibilities include juggling multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining focus on overarching goals, and working flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
