Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Recruitment & Community Coordinator (In-Field Recruiters) to lead outreach, community engagement, and annual student recruitment plans across the region. The role focuses on on‑the‑ground acquisition, relationship building with partners, and meeting weekly targets.

The RCC should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, with flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong bilingual communication and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Job-related recruitment or community engagement experience.
• Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent planning, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Meet regional application goals through recruitment activities.
• Lead field activities such as block walking, tabling, and community events.
• Pitch KIPP Texas to prospective families to drive applications.
• Maintain weekly field plans and track recruitment investments and ROI.
• Orient volunteers and manage CRM leads.
• Upload leads into CRM and execute SchoolMint actions.
