KIPP Texas Public Schools in Dallas seeks a Recruitment and Community Coordinator to lead outreach, community engagement, and the annual student recruitment plan aligned to regional goals. This role focuses on field efforts, building relationships, and meeting weekly recruitment targets.

Success requires a track record in recruitment strategies, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility for evening/weekend hours.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or 4 years or similar experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Job-related experience with recruitment-related work preferable in a business, nonprofit, education, community engagement, or advocacy organization.
• Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong planning and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an energetic attitude; engage, cultivate, and steward relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Unquestioned integrity and commitment to the KIPP Texas mission and community.
• Service-oriented with flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps; quick learner of SchoolMint, Slack, and video conferencing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to an overall application goal for the region through participation in recruitment activities.
• Prepare for and execute recruitment activities such as block walking, tabling, and community events.
• Pitch KIPP Texas to prospective families in the field to meet recruitment goals.
• Maintain weekly field plans to track recruitment investments and ROI.
• Orient volunteers during recruitment activities to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Follow up with leads through CRM system.
• Join weekly manager check-ins for direction and feedback.
• Participate in quarterly meetings and monthly professional development.
• Field recruitment inquiries from School Leaders and Operations Leaders.
• Work with partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Upload leads into the CRM and update records in SchoolMint.
