Job summary

Ounce Care, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Community Navigator to serve Nassau Bay, FL and the Orlando area, working on-site two days a week. You will engage residents, assist with benefits applications (SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP), and coordinate care with local partners.

You will balance multiple tasks—referrals, documentation in our platform, and on-site programming—while maintaining a residents-first approach and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating government benefits (e.g., SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP, Medicaid)
• Boots-on-the-ground community work and outreach
• Knowledge of Orlando-area housing and services preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage residents in affordable housing communities and build trust in Ounce's mission.
• Schedule and coordinate access to benefits and health services for residents; track referrals in Ounce platform.
• Build and maintain local partnerships to connect residents with high-quality services and programming
