Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year of experience in affordable housing or related industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Arizona.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and math skills with budgeting basics.
• Basic technology and willingness to learn new programs.
• English literacy in reading and writing; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally and coordinate property management obligations.
• Manage operations in compliance with laws and budgets; assist in income/expense budgeting.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage cash flow and receivables.
• Oversee staff and vendors; hire, discharge, coach, and discipline with HR direction.
• Administer leasing, tenant billings, vacancies, and landlord obligations.
• Identify leasing prospects and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Collect delinquent accounts per legal guidelines and coordinate with accounting.
• Supervise vendors, approve invoices, and coordinate cross-department collaboration.
• Lead staff meetings and safety meetings; document minutes for corporate.
