Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager for La Amistad, a 30-unit farmworker housing community. You will assist with leasing, recertifications, rent collection, resident communication, and compliance with funder requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, conducting move-in inspections, managing documentation, ensuring timely payments, and promoting resident services while maintaining professional boundaries and positive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and housing regulations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and recertifications, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance and conduct property inspections.
• Maintain resident communication and service requests.
• Prepare and distribute reports; ensure funding compliance.
• Ensure invoices are coded and approved; monitor budgets.
• Enforce policies and ensure safety and professional conduct.
