Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and resident services

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily community operations and resident services
• Support and guide onsite team members to achieve property goals
• Manage resident files, lease administration
• Help ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address resident service requests
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident communications
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and payroll documentation

What It Takes to Succeed

• 2+ year of property management experience
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance resident needs while enforcing community policies and procedures

Preferred but Not Required

• Additional affordable housing certifications
• Experience with compliance audits and reporting
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout apartment communities
• Ability to tour apartment homes and community amenities as needed
• Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the property, including ascending and descending stairs when necessary
