Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager for St. Agnes in Williams, AZ. The role oversees day-to-day property operations, staff supervision, and ensures compliance with HUD and Fair Housing requirements while delivering strong resident service.

The position emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. 20 hours weekly with competitive hourly pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least 1 year of experience in affordable housing or relevant industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to enforce Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Arizona.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong math skills and basic understanding of property budgets.
• Basic technology, internet and general computer use skills; willingness to learn new programs.
• English language reading/writing proficiency.
• Ability to complete company training requirements within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate to meet property management obligations.
• Manage operations in compliance with local, state, and federal laws (Fair Housing, Lantlord Tenant Laws, OSHA).
• Assist in developing operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze and report monthly financial statements and variances.
• Administer budgets and improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with affordable program requirements.
• Complete resident income certifications and recertifications.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues per lease obligations.
• Lead site staff meetings and safety meetings; document minutes.
• Identify leasing prospects and respond to routine inquiries.
• Collect delinquent accounts per legal guidelines and coordinate with accounting.
• Identify and supervise property vendors; approve invoices.
• Liaise with corporate departments for team approach.
