Job summary

POAH Communities is seeking a highly qualified Part-Time Community Impact Coordinator to serve as the liaison between residents and the Community Impact department at The Kenzi at Bartlett Station, a 50-unit affordable housing community for older adults in Boston. The role reports to the Property Manager and supports residents with surveys, programs, and access to services.

Responsibilities include coordinating services with community providers, identifying youth and family program

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years prior experience in resident/social service programs (preferably in affordable housing).
• Ability to work with and motivate diverse resident populations.
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of residents by administering an annual survey.
• Develop and implement supportive service programming with residents and staff.
• Coordinate delivery of services with local human service providers.
