Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator for a part-time role in our HOA communities. You will work with residents to ensure events run smoothly, from planning to cleanup, and help create memorable experiences that reinforce our resident-centric approach.

This position requires an outgoing, customer-focused attitude, weekend availability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Self-sufficiency and reliability.
• Weekend availability; most events on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexibility; schedules vary week to week.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the scheduled rental is ready prior to the event
• Providing an event checklist and reviewing with the homeowner (event host) to ensure all aspects are addressed
• Performing light office/admin duties and light cleaning, as necessary
